Terms & Conditions SurgaPlay – The Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

Welcome to SurgaPlay. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and SurgaPlay ("We", "Platform", or "SurgaPlay") regarding your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by SurgaPlay.

By accessing the SurgaPlay website, registering a new account, making a deposit, or using any feature of this platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound with all Terms set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which form part of this overarching agreement.

SurgaPlay reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the SurgaPlay platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use SurgaPlay's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. SurgaPlay takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are an individual who has voluntarily chosen to join this platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list at any gambling platform, nor are you subject to any prohibition imposed by a relevant authority.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws of Malaysia and the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or another individual when registering or playing on SurgaPlay.

SurgaPlay reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account if the eligibility requirements are found to be unmet, without being obliged to provide any reason to the user concerned.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at SurgaPlay. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on a valid identification document.
• Using an active email address that belongs solely to you.
• Providing a valid and active Malaysian phone number for verification purposes.
• Set a strong password and keep it strictly confidential – never share your password with anyone.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. SurgaPlay shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

SurgaPlay accepts deposits via the following payment methods, available exclusively for users in Malaysia:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. SurgaPlay does not accept third-party deposits for security and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance reasons.

SurgaPlay members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by SurgaPlay management.
• Identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) may be required before your first withdrawal is approved. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or passport.
• Bonuses and free credits received through promotions are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to Section 6 for more details.
• SurgaPlay reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security review purposes for a period not exceeding 3 business days.

Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 24 hours, depending on the selected payment method. Withdrawals via FPX or DuitNow are generally faster than other methods. If your withdrawal has not been received within 24 hours, please contact the SurgaPlay support team via live chat.

SurgaPlay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional material, as well as the following general rules:

• Welcome Bonus: Awarded to new members upon making their first deposit. The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly – it is subject to a rollover requirement of 20x the bonus amount received.
• Weekly Deposit Bonus: Offered based on the minimum deposit specified in each promotion. The rollover requirement is 15x the bonus value.
• Daily Cashback: Calculated based on net losses within a 24-hour period. Cashback is not subject to any rollover requirement and may be withdrawn directly.
• Special Festive Bonus: Offered in conjunction with Malaysian celebrations including Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, and Malaysia Day. Specific terms are stated in each promotion.

SurgaPlay reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings generated using those bonuses if abuse, misuse, or a breach of any promotional terms is found. SurgaPlay's decision in such matters is final.

All casino games on SurgaPlay – including slots, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, live casino, and lottery – operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified and certified by independent testing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated.

The specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface itself. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before playing. SurgaPlay will not entertain disputes based on a lack of understanding of the game rules.

• The outcome of all game rounds is final and non-reversible upon completion.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, the system will attempt to restore the session to its last recorded state. If recovery is not possible, the bet will be voided and funds returned.
• Playing across two or more accounts simultaneously to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• The use of automated bots, third-party software, or other technological methods to play is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

SurgaPlay provides a Sports Betting platform covering badminton, cricket (IPL, ICC World Cup, T20I), football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), e-sports (Dota 2, Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile), and a wide range of other international sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Pre-match betting can be placed up until the time set by SurgaPlay before the match begins.
• In-play (live) betting available for selected matches. Odds change in real time and confirmed betting decisions are final.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 36 hours of its scheduled start time, all affected bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• For matches in cricket that use the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method, the official result announced by the relevant governing body will be accepted.
• SurgaPlay reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of match manipulation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SurgaPlay platform. Any violation of the following may result in immediate account closure, freezing of funds, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account (multiple accounts) to take advantage of bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or the KYC process.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the SurgaPlay platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or SurgaPlay staff to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any bugs discovered must be reported to support@surgaplay.ws immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or sharing your SurgaPlay account with any third party.
• Using automated software, scripts, or bots to play automatically.

SurgaPlay reserves the right to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Request by the relevant legal authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• A request by the member themselves for the purpose of self-exclusion.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the SurgaPlay support team. Prior to closure, all valid remaining funds (excluding bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be refunded to the member via their original payment method.

For voluntary self-exclusion, SurgaPlay provides the option to suspend your account for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This is part of SurgaPlay's commitment to responsible gaming.

SurgaPlay provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurgaPlay shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions caused by technical failures, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond SurgaPlay's control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties.

SurgaPlay's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

SurgaPlay reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

The latest version of these Terms is always accessible on the SurgaPlay website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the SurgaPlay platform shall be resolved through the prescribed process, and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant authority.
